Who we are

Mini Moments Hire hires furniture, props and decorative pieces for children's celebrations in London. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at info@minimomentshire.com.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or a message, we collect your name, your email address or phone number, the date and location of your event, and anything else you choose to tell us. We collect this because you have given it to us in order to get a quote.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also receive anonymous information about how the site is used — which pages are viewed, and roughly where in the world visitors are. This never includes anything you type into a form.

Why we use it

To prepare your quote, to arrange delivery and collection, to answer your questions, and to keep records of hires we have carried out. Our lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract.

Who we share it with

Quote requests and messages sent through this site are delivered to our email by Web3Forms, a form-handling service. Analytics, if you have accepted them, are processed by Google. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to twelve months. Records relating to completed hires are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@minimomentshire.comand we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
