How Hiring Works — Terms, Deposits & Delivery

We hire the pieces. We don't plan or run the party — which means you keep full control of the day, and we make sure everything in it looks right.

Request a quote

Add the pieces you'd like to your quote list and send it with your event date and location. There is no basket and no checkout — rental pricing depends on the date, availability and where the event is, so every quote is prepared by hand.

We confirm and price it

We check availability for your date, work out delivery and collection, and come back with a tailored quote within 24 hours. Nothing is reserved at this stage and there is no obligation.

Secure the date

A 50% deposit confirms your booking and holds the pieces for your date. The remaining 50% is due in the week of the party.

Delivery and collection

We deliver to your venue or home, place the pieces where you want them, and collect afterwards. Timings are arranged around your event and confirmed in advance.

What secures my booking?: A 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is payable in the week of the party.
What if I need to cancel?: Cancellations made up to two weeks before the event are refunded. Inside two weeks we're usually holding pieces that can no longer be hired to anyone else, so we're unable to refund.
What happens if something gets damaged?: A security deposit is taken alongside the booking, set according to the value of the pieces hired. Any damage is deducted from it and the balance returned after collection. Ordinary wear from a party is expected and isn't charged for.
Do you deliver?: Yes — we deliver and collect across Greater London. Delivery is quoted with the pieces, based on your location and access.
Can I collect the pieces myself?: Our pieces are large and finished by hand, so we deliver everything ourselves. It protects the pieces and means they arrive ready.
Do you set everything up?: We deliver the pieces and place them where you want them. They arrive ready to use.
Do you style or decorate the party?: No. We hire the pieces and deliver them. Styling, balloons, flowers and the running of the day are yours, or your planner's.
